With tiredness and toothache, the last thing I wanted to do was run tonight! But I hit the treadmill and ran my first 6 of 50 miles for the month.
HOW IT WORKS
Choose your challenge
Decide what distance you want to complete for your challenge, choosing from 1 mile per day up to 100 miles in a month.
Sign up on our site and when the challenge starts, track your miles as you go. Run, walk, cycle, swim you can do the miles how you choose with our challenges.
You are now part of the virtual running squad!
Submit your evidence
When you have completed your challenge, submit your evidence using our online form. We will then get your medal out to you and you can wear it with pride.
