How to restart your motivation

It's normal to feel like you've lost your mojo, motivation or simply just don't feel like it. We all go through it at some point so you are not alone.

For me, I found that I knew I wanted to get something done, but the longer I put it off, the more frustrated I got and the more I felt like I had lost my motivation. 

Sometimes seeing others out there running or cycling or getting their miles done or anything else puts you off even more!

But don't let any of that get you down.
