A virtual run or walk is a challenge that can be done anywhere. Inside on a treadmill or outside at the park, the choice is yours. If you take part in a race, it all counts towards your challenge. Select your distance, do it at your pace and earn a medal for your efforts.
CHOOSE YOUR DISTANCE AND SIGN UP
Choose the challenge that you wish to do and sign up selecting the distance you wish to complete.
Our monthly challenges are usually 30/31 miles (1 mile per day) 50 or 100 miles.
We often have other challenges that are 10km or similar for those that may wish to not do a month-long challenge.
LOG YOUR MILES THEN SUBMIT YOUR EVIDENCE
Start the challenge remembering to log your miles as you go. You can complete your challenge inside on a treadmill in your house or at the gym. At the park or during the runs at your local running club. Or during a race that you have entered.
Where ever you do some miles, they all count towards your challenge. You can log your miles by pen & paper using our Miles Tracker or using your favourite App such as Strava or Runkeeper. Many watches also record your miles and you can view a summary by week or month.
We have an online form that you use to submit your evidence and claim your medal.
PUT YOUR FEET UP AND WAIT FOR YOUR MEDAL
After you have submitted your evidence, all there is to do is put your feet up, enjoy the rest and wait for your medal to arrive through your letterbox.
Medals are typically sent out within a week of the challenge end.
Once you have a medal, take a selfie and post it on social media and celebrate completing your mile challenge and at the same time knowing that you have helped raise money for charity!
