Motivation

You're stuck in a rut, lost your mojo and just not sure how to get your butt off the couch and get out there.

We know exactly how you feel.

We've been there many times before :(

And usually the end of the day you lie there and you say tomorrow you are going to do this. You feel energised, motivated. You are going to get up early, you are going to get out there and smash it.

Yet when the alarm clock goes, you hit snooze, snooze, and snooze again.

The next thing you know is that the kids have just lounged about, had no breakfast and are going to be late for school!

So where is this elusive mojo, magic motivation thing and how do you get it?

Well, there are few things you need to do to get it. It doesn't just magically come along.

Motivation comes from action.

That's right, to be motivated you need to do something. Even if it's just a little something. Sorry if you were hoping for something else!

So, first, set yourself a goal. something that challenges you but is attainable. And can be done in a given time period.

So, for example, our 30/31 mile challenge is ideal if you are starting out and is the same as doing a mile per day.

Sound good?

The next thing you need to do is commit to it. Commit to yourself that you are going to do this. Be prepared to do and keep going.

Find someone that will help keep you accountable. Join our FB group. Get inspiration and encouragement, give to others too.

And then track your progress. When you see how far you have come and what you have left to do, that will give you fire and motivation to keep going and reach your goal.

So in summary: set a goal, commit to it, share with others, and track your progress.

Don't wait for motivation to find you, you need to just go for it.

Of course, we can help you with our challenges where you can sign up for a mile goal in the month, you can share it with others in our group and we provide you with a paper tracker for the month that you can download and track your progress.

We also have weekly challenge updates on where you should be to reach your goal.

Before you know it, 30 days have passed and you've done it!

You can then submit your evidence to claim your medal and we'll get it out in the post to you.

So what are you waiting for, click on the button below...

Do you want that mojo or not?

PS We've also got a free weekly diary that you can download to plan and track your progress :D
