Our returns and exchanges policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To apply for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To return your item, email with your order number (you’ll find this on your purchase confirmation email) with any reasons as to why you are looking for a refund. We’ll issue you a returns number.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or other suppliers. 

Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 3-7 working days from when we receive the item(s).

Shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for any return shipping costs.

If you have received a defective or an incorrect item, please email in the first instance.

When sending back your returns, you do not need to returns any goodies or extras that we may have sent to you with your order😉

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. 

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at
