Terms & Conditions

Welcome to YourMileChallenge.co.uk (the “Web Site”). The Web Site is operated by Granary59 Limited (registered in Scotland under the number SC422445) with our registered address at 13 Rose St, Peterhead, Aberdeenshire. AB42 1DB (“we” or “us”).

These terms and conditions consist of "Challenge Entry" and "Website Use". Please do not access or browse our Website if you disagree with any of these terms.

By entering a challenge you are agreeing to enter into the race and also agree to abide by these Challenge Terms as well as the Website Use terms.

Entries for challenges are non-transferable to a different challenge. Participation in the race is personal to you; you are strictly prohibited from swapping, selling or transferring or offering to sell, swap or transfer the place in the race.

For those 18 years or over, you agree to the terms set out below.

For those under 18 years old, you certify that you are the parent/guardian of the entrant under 18 years and give consent to them to participate. You accept the terms on behalf of the entrant and declare them capable of compelting the challenge.

Challenge entry closure is determined and announced when the challenge reaches the stated capacity or start date. This will be stated on the Web Site sign up-page of the race in question.

Challenge entry fees are non-refundable,  deferred towards a future race, nor can an entry be transferred from one race to another. You do not have a right to change your mind since the race entry fee is charged in return for our entering you into the challenge. Your entry is completed as soon as you have completed the sign-up process.

Participation is at your own risk

You are responsible for ensuring that you have undertaken any necessary preparation to enter and participate in any challenge. Entry and participation in challenges are at your own risk. You warrant to us that you will be on the start date of the challenge, sufficiently fit and healthy to participate. If you are in any doubt we recommend that you seek medical advice.

Entrants indemnify us, sponsors, volunteers, and employees involved in this event directly or indirectly against all liability for any and all injury, loss or damage connected with the entrant’s participation.

All disputes are subject to the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom.

You will be required to confirm your acceptance of these terms and the disclaimer when entering each race.

You will be treated as having completed the challenge when you submit the required evidence of your completion of the race to us by the date specified in communications from us. Examples of the required evidence will be stated. Any question as to whether sufficient evidence is provided will be determined solely at our discretion.

We will send challenge medals to each participant who provides the required evidence of completion in accordance with the above. Medals are sent by post within a reasonable time of the deadline for completing the challenge to the address provided by you during the entry process.
