Your July Challenge
Challenger, are you ready for your July Challenge?
We are into the 2nd half of the year and summer holidays and school holidays and so much other things that are going on means we are juggling our time more.
But we know that this won't stop you reaching your goal and completing your challenge!
We look forward to seeing what you get up to and how you all get on ...
Your challenge is to complete your chosen miles goal before the 31st.
You can run, walk, cycle, swim, on an exercise bike, treadmill, rollerskates or a mix of them all to complete your goal.
It can be done in as many activities as you wish as long as you reach your goal before the end of the month. Remember this is your challenge, how you do it is up to you.
You'll get email updates every week, and they'll arrive on Mondays. It will give a rundown on what miles you should be on plus some short news from us here at YMC.
How to record my miles?
You can record your miles using an activity tracker such as a FitBit, Garmin or TomTom. You can use apps like Strava, Runkeeper or MapMyWalk. Whatever tracker you use, make sure you can get a record of the total miles for your claim.
You can also use our free paper tracker available to download and print off. Record your miles as you go and take a picture when completed. This can be used as your evidence. These are available at www.YourMileChallenge.co.uk/pages/miles-tracker
How to Claim
We have an easy to use online claim form where you can upload your evidence. You will get an email and we'll also post on social media when the claim form is open.
If your address changes after you have signed up, remember and let us know on the claim form. We want to make sure you get your medal!
Claims will close on August 12th 2019, please make sure you claim before then.
