If you have been thinking about setting yourself a goal for 2018, why not 1000 miles during 2018?
You can walk, run, walk/run, swim, cycle or a combination of them all to reach your target. How you do the miles is up to you. The choice is yours.
You have from the 1st of January to the 31st December 2018 to complete.
Track your miles using your usual running or walking tracker such as Strava, FitBit, Garmin, Runkeeper or MapMyRun.
We will only need one submission of evidence, you won't need to upload monthly or weekly evidence. Just when you have completed your challenge.
A screenshot or picture of your miles is good enough to upload and can be done on our Medal Claim page.
With weekly emails and our Facebook Group, you will be in good company for friendly chat, motivation, and inspiration.
