Get committed and sign up for the first three challenges of 2019!
Choose from 30, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150 or 200 as your mile goal for each month. Don't worry if you wish to change during the 3 months, you just need to let us know what miles goal you went for on your claim form.
As with all our challenges you can run, walk, cycle, swim or a mix of them all. It is up to you how you complete the miles and at times to suit you.
Each month the challenges start on the 1st and ends on the last day of each month.
What happens after you sign up:
You will receive a confirmation emailofyour sign up
A welcome email will follow with more information about the challenge, how to submit your evidence and our groups
Update emails during the challenge
An email at the end of the challenge
Track those miles, post those selfies using#yourmileselfie, interact with otherchallengersin our Facebook group, and then submit your evidence when you reach your miles goal.
Sit back and wait for your medal to arrive with your certificate!
