As with all our challenges you can run, walk, cycle, swim or a mix of them all. It is up to you how you complete the miles and at times to suit you.
The challenge starts on the 1st and ends on the 31st of October.
What happens after you sign up:
Track those miles, interact with other challengers in our Facebook group, submit your evidence when you reach your miles goal. Then sit back and wait for your medal to arrive with your certificate!
