How do I record my miles?
Simply record your miles as you do them. If you have a tracker such as Strava on your smartphone, a Garmin watch, Fitbit or similar, you can use these to record your miles.
Apps such as MapMyrun or Runkeeper all work too.
You can always record by pen and paper and we provide a free downloadable tracker that you can use to do this.
How do I submit my evidence?
Once you have completed your challenge, take a screenshot or picture of your totals from the App that you use or your paper tracker.
Using our easy to use online form, upload your evidence and then you can sit back and wait for your medal to arrive with your certificate!
Shipping is free in the UK and £3 within Europe.
20% of the entry fee will go to Pancreatic Cancer Action
